“The dining at Anantara Angkor was absolutely excellent. I particularly loved the wide selection offered during breakfast-fresh breads, fruits, and delicious omelettes. We had dinner at Chi restaurant for all five nights, and the dishes, especially the Cambodian fried rice and Saraman Lamb Rack Curry, were packed with flavor and creativity.
